Purpose and Scope of the Clarification Text
As MOSA LEGAL, we take measures to protect your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (referred to as "KVKK" or "Law"). We process your personal data within the scope of KVKK and the relevant legal legislation and in our capacity as "data controller" for the reasons and methods explained below.

Your personal data is collected from the relevant person verbally, physically or digitally by our company based on the legal reasons of "establishment or execution of the contract", "explicitly stipulated in the law" and "being obligatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" specified in Article 5 of the law and automatically It is processed on our company's computers and servers.

Exercising of the Rights of the Related Person
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by filling out the KVKK Information Request Form disclosed to the public at www.mosalegal.com and by the methods described in question, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. . However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our Company will charge the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
