Purpose and Scope of the Clarification Text
As MOSA LEGAL, we take measures to protect your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (referred to as "KVKK" or "Law"). We process your personal data within the scope of KVKK and the relevant legal legislation and in our capacity as "data controller" for the reasons and methods explained below.

Exercising of the Rights of the Related Person
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by filling out the KVKK Information Request Form disclosed to the public at www.mosalegal.com and by the methods described in question, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. . However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our Company will charge the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
