DISTANCE SERVICE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
This Distance Service Sales Contract has been established electronically within the framework of the following terms and conditions between (SERVICE RECEIVER) whose information is included in Article 3 and (SERVICE PROVIDER) whose information is included in Article 1.
ARTICLE 2 - SERVICE PROVIDER

ARTICLE 3 - SERVICE RECEIVER
The person who purchases legal consultancy service remotely from the Service Provider by becoming a member of the site
www.mosalegal.com as a client is the SERVICE BUYER.
ARTICLE 4 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the remote legal consultancy service that the Service Provider purchases electronically from MOSA Legal, the Service Provider.
ARTICLE 5 - FEATURES OF THE SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT, PRICE AND DELIVERY
5.1- The service to be provided by the Service Provider within the scope of this contract provides consultancy service via remote telephone. This service to be provided remotely will be realized by the Service Recipient by calling the Service Provider over the phone and making a call.
5.2- Contractual remote legal consultancy service provided by the Service Provider is offered to the Service Buyer annually. The cost of this service is 180.00 (one hundred and eighty) Euros, including all taxes, to be paid in advance annually. This subion process will continue to be renewed annually unless the parties notify otherwise.
5.3- If the Service Provider calls the Service Provider and receives legal service remotely even once, it means that the service corresponding to the service fee paid annually is delivered by the Service Provider.
5.4- The Service Buyer can purchase the service annually from the Service Provider and use the service by calling the Service Provider by phone for 1 calendar year from the date of purchase. If the Service Buyer has not called and does not benefit from the service for a year; does not give the right to demand the refund of the service fee.
ARTICLE 6 - THE ISSUES THAT THE SERVICE RECEIVER HAS BEEN INFORMED PREVIOUSLY
The Service Buyer accepts that he / she is informed about the following issues by seeing and examining the PRE-INFORMATION FORM before this Agreement is established by the Service Buyer on the website and is under payment obligation:
Basic qualifications of the service subject to the contract
The total price of the service including all taxes
In cases where the service recipient has the right of withdrawal, the terms, duration, procedure and information stipulated by the service provider for the return of this right
Information on the conditions under which the service recipient will lose the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
7.1- The Service Buyer has the right to withdraw within (14) days from the establishment of the service sale contract. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the Service Provider must be notified within this period and the service has not been initiated by the Service Provider.
7.2- This service sales contract established with the Service Buyer is evaluated within the scope of the "Exception of the Right of Withdrawal" of the Distance Contracts Regulation; 15.1.h. In accordance with the article "Contracts regarding the services started with the consent of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires." If the service is started within 14 days within the scope of 6.1, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
7.3- In cases where there is a right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Service Recipient to have forwarded a clear notification to the Service Provider within the legal 14-day period (in writing to the contact addresses specified above).
7.4- For credit card payments, refunds are made by returning to the Service Buyer's credit card within a reasonable time. After the service fee is refunded to the bank by the Service Provider; Since the reflection of the returned price on the Service Recipient's accounts is entirely related to the bank transaction process, it is not possible for the Service Provider to intervene and take responsibility in any way for possible delays.
ARTICLE 8 - STATEMENTS AND COMMITMENTS OF THE SERVICE RECEIVER
8.1- The Service Buyer, the work on
www.mosalegal.com, has read this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form; obtained the information contained therein accurately and completely and approved it electronically; It accepts and undertakes that it has information about the obligations imposed on them by the legislation to which the contract is subject.
8.2- Service Receiver, remote legal consultancy services only if the phone is registered via Turkey Bar Association asking a lawyer to speak and answer questions include receiving services; It accepts and undertakes that litigation and follow-up works are not included in this scope and will be charged separately.
8.3- In order for the Service Recipient to have remote legal consultancy service; this contract must have paid the annual consultancy fee. If the fee is not paid, this contract will not come into effect.
8.4- The Service Recipient will be able to convey the complaint regarding the service to the Service Provider by using the above mentioned contact information.
8.5- The Service Recipient is responsible for all kinds of payments, including delays, in the payments made through the bank and / or financial institution; For this reason, MOSA accepts and undertakes to compensate LEGAL for all direct and indirect damages.
ARTICLE 9 - STATEMENTS AND COMMITMENTS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
9.1- Service Provider, Service Recipient, Turkey Bar Association to agree to a remote legal counseling with registered lawyers and warrants.
9.2- The spouse and children of the person who purchases the remote legal consultancy service from the Service Provider, if any, can benefit from the remote legal consultancy service like the person who purchased the service.
9.3- If the Service Buyer does not fulfill its declarations and commitments, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the service at any time.
9.4- The address and contact information provided by the Service Buyer while signing up to the
www.mosalegal.com site are taken as basis for the service. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of incorrect address and contact information.
9.5- The Service Provider is not responsible for the failure or late delivery of the service due to electronic reasons arising from the Service Recipient.
ARTICLE 10 - OTHER ISSUES
10.1- This Contract has been arranged in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation and other legislation.
10.2- This Agreement will enter into force upon the transfer of the annual remote legal consultancy fee to the Service Provider's account and will expire on the same day the next year after the payment is transferred to the Service Provider's account.
10.3- This Contract consists of 9 articles; Organized and approved electronically between the parties.
